Position Summary The Director of Accounting, reporting to the CFO,  is responsible for all accounting activity of the bank which includes timely and accurate reporting and record keeping, creating and maintaining controls, and ensuring compliant results.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee all accounting staff and their responsibilities including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, journal entries, fixed assets, internal and external reporting, and budget/performance tracking.
