Snow Garrett William is growing and hiring tax accountants ranging in experience from entry to senior level.  The following is a brief job description for each level: Entry/staff level:  -Preparing tax returns for individuals, small businesses, and other legal entities. Senior level: -Preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting client interviews, and tax planning and consulting for individuals, small businesses, and other legal entities. -Delegate work to tax staff and interns and supervise performance.
