United Surgical Partners International, Inc. specializes in the operation of ambulatory surgery centers and related businesses in the United States and is currently seeking a Manager - Corporate Accounting to work in the corporate office located in Dallas, Texas. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Accounting and has the following duties and responsibilities: Accounting for acquisitions of surgery centers and hospitals Accounting for equity transactions Works closely with other departments in the Company for acquisitions, denovos, and equity transactions Responsible for accounting, preparation, and review of monthly financials for multiple Real Estate entities Assist with corporate close process, budgeting, and fin
