Scope of the Role The Corporate Staff Accountant (CSA) will prepare and maintain financial records to track Golden Spread Electric Cooperative’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. The CSA will also record entries to the General Ledger and maintain files. The area of responsibility also includes providing support in other areas as necessary and requested by the Manager, Financial Accounting and/or the Controller. This position requires the skills to prepare a variety of technical, administrative and management reports.  Also required is the ability to safeguard the financial assets of the Cooperative.
