Oversee and process accounts receivable (revenue recognition and billing), accounts payable, general accounting, reconciliation’s, month-end close and maintaining workpapers. Monitor portfolio investments activities in Morningstar, pay capital calls, subscription, redemption, rebalancing as needed. Prepare quarterly financial and investments reports for Board Meetings. Management of commercial real estate properties, rent, amortization, commissions, insurance and property tax allocation.                                                                             Oversee annual audit and tax return.
