Position: Finance Director   Location: Las Cruces, NM   Employment Type: Full-time     Key Responsibilities: - Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights into organizational performance and inform decision-making. - Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the organization maintains financial stability and meets its operational needs. - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as best practices in financial management.
