The position requires the preparation and presentation of complex and sophisticated discounted cash flow financial models for a broad range of commercial real estate projects. Knowledge and experience with Finance Theory and a familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and standards as they relate to lease reporting is required (in particular ASC 842).
